Notice the vanity has feet making it too tall for me

Oh my lord what an ordeal, but from ↑This↑ to

Was an inCREDIBLE Trial of my patience.

Notice the vanity now sits on the floor

So I hired a guy to install the bead board paneling, which I'd had cut at the store and primed here at the house. I WISH I'd had time to paint a top coat at least before bringing it all inside

But I done all the caulk, sanding, painting etc

One of the main purposes was to install this "Tri-fold Mirror" medicine cabinet.
I grew up with one of these, making it very easy to look at the blackheads etc on my shoulders.

It took FOUR TUBES of caulk to fill all the voids behind that chair railing and below it where the grooves in the paneling met the chair rail.

I'm not settled on the backsplash I installed.

Now I need to clean up spilled paint, accidental brush/roller bumps, put the switch covers back on and reinstall the towel bar and TP roll holder.
I definitely have a much brighter bathroom now. It took more than a ½ gallon of yellow paint to cover the gray sheetrock.
It didn't take that much white on the rough paneling. Go figure

Very nice job Jerry, you really brightened it up in there and it has a nice pleasant vibe going on. You've done a lot of work to this place since moving in and made so many improvements!

Thank you Jacob, I will be availing myself of the new improved shower stall in a little while, but the video connect will come first.
It will take a bit to adjust, but I love it already.

Good work friend @jerrytsuseer

It's a beautiful change. Such innovations beautify houses, and add color to our lives, I like it very much, health to your work. good day

Thank you @ipexito , I am very pleased with it.
Thanks for stopping by

Your bathroom has a lot of things, man. Nice remodeling.

This bathroom was added about a month before I bought the house, there was not one there prior to that.
They installed a used toilet, complete with rust stains and broken seat. Also, the molding/baseboard is just 1x4 boards. No trim whatsoever.
I'm proud of my accomplishments here.

You've made some great improvements in that room!

Thanks very much. I feel like it still needs some touch up.

@jerrytsuseer...

But I done all the caulk, sanding, painting etc

Love this remodel... but I see all the stuff you did; no offense to the fella that helped. But I hope you didn't pay too much lol... seems like you did the majority of the work.

I love the wood floor, the chair rail, the vanity... it all has that old school/antique/victorian vibe. The change of color does change the vibe as well. This really turned out nice brother...

I'm not settled on the backsplash I installed.

Looks just fine brother! Great job on doing this!
