Hello, creative beings!
We're almost at the end of the week. Are you prepare for the weekend?
In my case, I'm a little bit anxious because next week I have to move from home. Looking for a new path and see if I can deal with leaving my mom. It's not because I'm attached to her, ut my concern will always be her mental health. She's doing fine, though.
Also, moving away from my best friend is a big thing. We'd been in the same city for more than ten years. I was thinking on making her a gift and I came up with this idea.
Hope you like it.
Materials:
- Piece of paper.
- Scissors.
- Thread.
- Charm.
- Bead.
- Stamen.
- Needle.
- Tape.
Step 1: I folded the paper till I got a flat strip and the I used some tape to join it and make a circle. ( I had to make it smaller later).
Step 2: after getting the circle, I cut the stamen into several strings.
Step 3: I folded one string of stamen, introduced it through the paper circle and I later introduced the tips throughout the space in the stamen and pulled the tips up. ( this is hard to explain hahaha.)
This is how it look later.
Step 4: I put all the strings inside the circle and pulled them up with my thumb.
Step 5: with a single string of stamen I tied the rest and with the scissors I cut the top of it to get a little pompon. This will end in a snow hat.
Step 6: I passed a thread through the hat and tied it hard.
Step 7: I made a knot in the thread and then I passed through it a peace charm and a bead. ( The bead was a last minute decision.) And then I made a knot a the base of the bead. To finalize, I made a last knot on the tips.
And that was all, friends. I hope you like it. Particularly, I love it.
Thanks for being here.
