Saludos hivers creativos, es un placer compartir una vez más algo de arte para llenar esta nuestra colmena de navidad; en especial esta comunidad donde la familia @diyhub nos invita a traer participaciones relacionadas con estas fechas tan hermosas como lo es la época más linda del año, la navidad y lo bueno de todo es que podemos participar varias veces, ya que está permitido en este concurso; es la primera vez que participo dos veces y lo hago porque me parece necesario aprovechar la ocasión decembrina para mostrar lo que puedo hacer con pocos materiales.
Greetings creative hivers, it is a pleasure to share once again some art to fill this our Christmas hive; especially this community where the @diyhub family invites us to bring participations related to these beautiful dates such as the most beautiful time of the year, Christmas and the good thing about it is that we can participate several times, since it is allowed in this contest; It is the first time that I participate twice and I do it because I think it is necessary to take advantage of the Christmas occasion to show what I can do with few materials.
Quienes frecuentan mis publicaciones saben que me encanta trabajar con papel, en especial elaborar origamis, en esta oportunidad les comparto un Santa o Papá Noel con la técnica de origami 3D, que es una belleza para adornar cualquier espacio, pero también para regalar; así que sin más preámbulos les muestro la creación mi segundo proyecto como parte del concurso.
Those who frequent my publications know that I love working with paper, especially making origami, on this occasion I share a Santa or Santa Claus with the 3D origami technique, which is a beauty to decorate any space, but also to give as a gift; So without further ado I show you the creation of my second project as part of the contest.

Para crear este Santa, necesitamos; 54 piezas en color rojo, 51 blancos, 11 negros, 10 pieles y 1 amarillo. La elaboración de estas piezas pueden observarlas visitando mi primer post de origami 3D

Para iniciar el trabajo, tomamos dos piezas de color rojo, las unimos de manera que estas queden con la punta más larga hacia fuera, seguidamente colocamos pega en las puntas e insertamos estas puntas en los bolsillos de otra pieza, quedando esta última encima de las dos primeras; lo siguiente será colocar una pieza al lado de las que se encuentran debajo para luego insertar otra parte encima de las dos puntas. Este proceso lo haremos hasta completar 20 piezas; es decir, que de esta manera formamos rápidamente la vuelta 1 y 2.
To start the work, we take two red pieces, join them so that they are with the longest tip facing out, then we put glue on the tips and insert these tips into the pockets of another piece, leaving the latter on top of the first two; The next thing will be to place a piece next to the ones below and then insert another part on top of the two tips. We will do this process until we complete 20 pieces; That is, in this way we quickly form rounds 1 and 2.
Para la vuelta 3 vamos a necesitar 10 piezas de color rojo, que iremos insertando sobre las puntas; recordemos que una pieza encaja en dos puntas; una en cada bolsillo.
For round 3 we will need 10 red pieces, which we will insert over the tips; Let us remember that a piece fits into two ends; one in each pocket.
En esta parte comenzamos a trabajar lo que es el cinturón de Santa, colocando la pieza de color amarillo sobre dos puntas y el resto de las piezas serán de color negros, que serán 9 piezas. Observen que a partir de aquí Santa va tomando forma.
In this part we begin to work on what Santa's belt is, placing the yellow piece on two points and the rest of the pieces will be black, which will be 9 pieces. Notice that from here Santa is taking shape.
Aquí iniciamos a elaborar lo que es la barba, así que lo primero es insertar una primera pieza de color blanco encima de la pieza de color amarillo y sobre esa pieza colocamos 2 piezas, tomando una punta de color blanco y otra punta de color negro, en ambos lados de la pieza central, a partir de allí completamos la vuelta con 8 piezas de color rojo.

Para esta vuelta usamos 3 piezas blancas y 7 piezas rojas, trabajando como lo venimos haciendo. En la segunda imagen se visualiza como se va formando Santa por dentro, va quedando hueco.

En esta, que sería la vuelta 7, vamos a colocar 10 piezas de color blanco.

Para la vuelta 8 vamos a comenzar a trabajar el rostro, así que colocamos 3 piezas de color piel en la misma dirección de la barba y el resto de la vuelta la completamos con 7 piezas de color blanco.
For round 8 we are going to start working on the face, so we place 3 skin-colored pieces in the same direction as the beard and we complete the rest of the round with 7 white pieces.
En esta imagen muestro 2 vueltas donde completo el rostro; así que en la vuelta 9 colocamos 9 piezas de color piel y 6 piezas de color blanco. En la vuelta 10, insertamos 3 piezas de color piel y 7 de color blanco.
In this image I show 2 laps where I complete the face; so on round 9 we place 9 skin-colored pieces and 6 white pieces. On round 10, we insert 3 skin-colored pieces and 7 white ones.
En la primera imagen trabajamos la vuelta 11 colocando 10 piezas de color blanco y en la segunda imagen 7 piezas de color rojo para realizar lo que es el gorro de Santa.

Para finalizar el gorro, insertamos una pieza de color blanco en una de color rojo y esto será el pom pom del gorro, al que le colocamos pega para colocarlo dentro del círculo que ha quedado.
To finish the hat, we insert a white piece into a red one and this will be the pom pom of the hat, to which we glue to place it inside the circle that has been left.
Aquí vamos a hacer los brazos de Santa, colocando una pieza blanca sobre una roja y luego colocándole pega las insertamos a los lados.
Here we are going to make Santa's arms, placing a white piece on a red one and then placing glue on it and inserting them on the sides.
Para elaborar las botas, vamos a tomar una pieza de color negro, la cual la abrimos tomando una punta lateral para doblarla hacia dentro para que quede ese doblez, lo mismo hacemos con la otra punta, luego tomamos ambas puntas, las unimos y queda la forma de la bota. Por la parte de abajo está la abertura de los bolsillos de la pieza, así que jalamos suavemente para desdoblarla y completar la bota de Santa; con otra pieza de color negro repetimos el proceso para obtener el par.
To make the boots, we are going to take a black piece, which we open by taking one side tip to fold it inwards so that that fold remains, we do the same with the other tip, then we take both ends, we join them and the shape of the boot. Colocar pega en las puntas de las botas e insertar en la parte de color rojo que es el traje.

Lo otro será dibujar los ojos con crayones y recortar para pegar al rostro, junto con la boca, que la sacamos de un trozo de papel rojo, recortando un semicírculo.
