Elaboration

I started the project by marking the hearts with a chalk on the fabrics, I also marked 18 circles to make the flowers.

I cut the circles, the hearts in wadding (2 cm smaller than the ones marked on the fabric) and 2 strips to make the hangers.

I sewed the strips with a straight stitch and sewed the seam allowance.

I placed the wadding hearts facing the fabrics back to back, making sure they matched the fabric mold, sewed with a straight stitch on the right side, placed the hanging and cut the excess fabric with zig zag scissors.

I made the flowers by folding the circles in half, then another fold to form a triangle, with needle and thread I sewed the bottom of each triangle then gathered until I got the desired shape, with yellow and red scraps I made the pistil to each flower and put them on the scepter, finally I glued a flower to each heart using hidden stitch.

Initially I was going to sew ribbons for the hangers, while I was marking the molds I decided to cut 2 strips of the red and white fabrics to make the hangers and leave the ribbons to make bows in other future projects, sewing these pot holders was very easy and I could finish without problems. I show you the result.
