How are you all doing today? I hope you all are doing pretty good. I am very happy to write a post here in this community, which is all about sharing with you guys step-by-step how I make an elegant beaded necklace for my mum. This is just a gift to her, and not only this but this very one concerns this community. I am sending the package to her through my sister, who is visiting her.
This very design I have admired it for a long, and I saw my church member wearing it. so when my mum told me she would be attending the wedding of one of our cousins and the color of the day was gold, red, and white. She told me she would be wearing white lace to the occasion, so this very design came to my head, and I chose to surprise her with it.
I will be sharing the step-by-step instructions I followed to make this elegant necklace, and I believe you will love the design.
Material used
- Pearl beads (3 different sizes)
- white seed beads
- hook
- fishing line
- needle etc.
To get started, I cut the fishing line as long as 40cm, and the insect my needle and also pass 1 seed bead to stop at about 30cm of the fishing line.
I then go through the seed bead again, which makes it a stopper for my work to proceed. With the one bead, it will not allow whatever I am doing to pass the level.
I pick 4 pearl beads (second size) and then pass through the fishing line.
I then go through the first pearl beads and pass upward.
Here is the result.
Movie to the next steps, I pick 7 seed beads together with 4 pearl beads (second size)
Then pass back through the first pearl beads out of four.
Here is the outcome of it.
I move to the next steps, I pick the first 7 seed beads, followed by four pear beads.
I then go through the first pearl beads upward.
Here is the outcome of it.
I followed the same process till I was able to achieve 9 steps, which is the required length I needed for the design.
At this point, I pass the needle aroundthe next two pearl beads.
I then pick 5 seed beads.
4 pearl beads (first size), i then go through the first pearl beads as before
Here is the outcome.
I then pick another 5 seed beads
Then go through the bottom of the Pearl bead. See photo for the outcome.
I continue till i cover 5 more steps.
Look at it, 5 and 4 steps is the centers of it and that is where i will insect my biggest pearl beads so i have to pass back the fishing line to be at the 4 steps.
I then pass 6 seed beads, 1 big pearl bead and 1 seed bead.
I then pass back through the big Pearl bead 1 seed bead next to the big pearl bead.
I then pick 5 seed bead
Then pass it up to continue the steps from where i stop.
I follow the previous steps to achieve others.
I then pass the fishing line to the other end.
Then pick 30 seed beads follow by the hook.
I then pass it back i tie it somewhere comfortable.
I did the same thing to the other hand and here is the final results.
