Today, I crocheted a black and red combined yarn-made earring for one of my customers who used to buy footwear from my crocheting office. The female customer used to make a large footwear demand from me because she used to sell in retail to others. She was never aware that I have also started crocheting yarn-made earrings because it has been a long she ordered some crocheted footwear from me.
Today, the female customer who always buys large crocheted footwear came to my office to place an order for me to design unique crocheted footwear for her. When she entered my crocheting office, she saw a lot of crocheted earrings that I have already packaged for a customer who demanded for it. She was surprised to see my crocheting office in a new look other than the way she used to see it. The customer didn’t say anything yet but decided to move around my crocheting office, as she was moving around; she saw more of my crocheted earring.
After the customer saw how my crocheting office was filled with crocheted earrings, she congratulated my effort and that of my entire team for an increment in the crocheting business and prayed that God will continue to bless me and my business for the contribution to fashion. She placed an order that I should crochet a new earring for her. In the end, we bargained in price.
The customer told me that she must wait to collect the earring which I’m crocheting for her. I told her to go and come back this evening but she refused. After she waited for a while, she started complaining that I’m wasting her time. I didn’t blame her because I have to finish other customers' demands that came first before attending to her but in order not to provoke her and also maintain the business relationship which we have been sharing, I bought a chilled beer for her which she was pleased with it.
About some hours after the customer was drinking the beer, I used the opportunity to start crocheting the earring for her which took me not less than two hours and some minutes. When the customer saw the outlook of the earring which I crocheted for her, she was amazed and told me that she’ll be introducing me to some of her friends who love wearing traditional outfits. This was how I secured the relationship in business and I expect every #jewelry community member to always be patient with their customer because there are the real reasons why we are growing in jewelry making.
The material and tools used to crochet the earring are as follows:
I used a black and red yarn material.
I used an earring pendant which I bought from the market.
I used a yarn pin during crocheting.
I used scissors for cutting yarn after crocheting the earring.
I used lightning matches to trim the mouth of the yarn after cutting with scissors.
How I crocheted the earring are as follows:
I have to make sure that all the materials to be used for the crocheting of the earring are provided.
I have to follow the choice of design by my customer to crochet.
I have to join black and red yarn in a twisted form.
I have to place my hand accordingly and started crocheting using a yarn pin.
After I finished crocheting the earring, I have to use scissors and cut the yarn which I used and then use fire to lock the mouth of the yarn used in crocheting the earring.
