Hello friend's 🤗 Good night from Bangladesh. I am back again with an unique vegan Recipe hopefully all will like my Recipe. Today I am going to fry Jute leaves. You will be surprised to know how beneficial this food is for our body. First of all, wood leaves boost the body's immune system and a very good source of various vitamins. One of the biggest benefits of jute leaves is that it helps in controlling high blood pressure. Ever since I came to know about its benefits, I have been trying to eat jute leaves. But this leaf is not always available only in summer.
So let's start today's recipe. First let me say that this is a very simple recipe that anyone can fry jute leaves like this.
- Jute leaves 500 gm
- Onion chop - Half cup
- Salt - on taste
- Soyabean oil - As needed
- Garlic chop - one pc
- Green chili - on taste
First I collected the leaves from these jute plant and cut them into small pieces.Then take it in a sieve and wash it well.
Now put the jute leaves in a pan. After that I boiled it for 10 minutes with a lid with salt.
Now take the boiled leaves in a sieve.
Now put a pan on the stove and pour enough soybean oil into it. Then I fried chopped garlic, chopped onion and green chillies until brown.
In this step, I added the boiled jute leaves to the fried onions. After ten minutes, I turned off the stove after shaking it with a spoon. Our delicious Jute leaves fry is ready and Now it's time to serve.
You will understand how nutritious and delicious the jute leaves are fried once you cook them. The food is really delicious and nutritious. It is very easy to make and if this Jute leaves is available in your area you can definitely eat it.
