Everyone in my family is pretty fond of tomatoes and sometimes I make tomato sauce with tomatoes which my kids love a lot. Today I will show you how to cook tomato sour which is very delicious. You can make this dish very easily and eat it with hot rice or even. So let's start our wonderful recipe.
- Tomato - 500 gm
- Onion chop - Half cup
- Chili powder - 1 spoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
- Cumin powder - 1 spoon
- Salt - on taste
- Soyabean oil - As needed
- Garlic paste - 1 Spoon
- Green chili - on taste
- Garlic chop - 1 garlic
First, soak the tomatoes in water for ten minutes. Then cut the tomatoes into pieces and put them in a bowl.
Now I chopped onion and garlic in this step. Then I prepared all the cooking ingredients.
At the beginning of cooking, I put the tomato slices in a pot on the oven. Then I poured soybean oil with enough water and salt.
In this step, I added onion chop, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chili powder, garlic paste one by one. Then mix all the spices together well. Now boil the tomatoes with spices for 15 minutes.
Now when the tomatoes are boiled well, mix the tomatoes well with the help of a kneader.
In this step, put a pan on the stove and put enough soybean oil in it. After that I fried it with garlic and onion until it turned brown.
In this staged tomato stew, I added fried onions. Now mix all the fried onions in the tomato sauce well. Our cooking is over, now it's time to serve.
