Hello friend's 🤗 Goodnight from Bangladesh. I am back again with a Ifter Recipe hopefully all friends will like my Recipe. You know guys I am Muslim and our Ramadan month just held. Everyday in our Ifter I prepared many Ifter items for my family. It is great to have Iftar together with the whole family. I thought of making kumrani with pumpkin, it just taste amazing to eat it. We made Beguni with eggplant and Kumrani with Pumpkin. It's so easy to make you can make it too. Let's see how I made this Pumpkin kumrani.
- Pumpkin- 200 gm
- Bashon - 3 Tablespoon
- Onion chop - Half cup
- Chili powder - Half spoon
- Turmeric powder - Half spoon
- Cumin powder - Half spoon
- Salt - on taste
- Soyabean oil - As needed
- Baking powder- Half spoon
- Green chili - on taste
Firstly I chopped the pumpkin in thin slice and took them in a bowl.
Firstly I took a bowl and put Bason in it.
Now add chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, baking powder and salt one by one.
Now knead the whole mixture. Then I gave enough water.
In this step I add chopped onion and chopped green chillies Then shake the mixture well. This is the basic mixture with which we will make Kumrani.
Now put a frypan in the oven and pour enough soybean oil in it.
Dip the Pumpkin slice in the mixture and drop it in very hot oil.
Now dip a few more slices of pumpkin in the mixture and leave it in the hot oil. Our Kumrani are starting to bloom beautifully.
Now fry both sides of the komarani well and took them in a sieve. Our tasty Kumrani is ready to eat.
