Hello dear Friends. Hopefully all are well and in sound health. I just back with another nutritious food recipe. Everyone in my family likes to eat a variety of spinach and they keep us healthy all the time. We have lowest price of spinach here and always available fairly.
Yesterday an acquaintance of mine brought me this plant, it is commonly found along the banks of various canals and ponds. There are many of us who do not know the benefits of this herb. This Brahmi herb works to improve memory, body aches, taste in the mouth, tongue ache, cold and cough. It can be eaten either cooked or fried. It felt really good while cooking because I was preparing a nutritious meal for the family. So let's have a look at the wonderful recipe.

- Brahmi herb - 500 gm
- Onion chop - Half cup
- Green chili - 5 pcs
- Salt - on taste
- Soyabean oil - As needed
- Garlic chop - Half cup
Firstly I cleaned Brahmi herb and cutt them in small size. Then I took them in sieve.
Now I took a pot and put the Brahmi herb in it.
Now I applied Salt on taste. Then boiled it with little water.
After boiling 10 minutes i stop boiling.
Now again I put a frypan on oven and applied some cooking oil. Then I give Onion chop, Galic chop and green chili on it. Now I fried them in brown colour.
Now I added boiled Brahmi herb and fried them for ten minutes. Our tasty and nutritious food is ready to serve.
