Well, my choice this time is sweet potato preparations combined with a generous sprinkling of sesame seeds, because the combination of flavors will excite you to enjoy delicious food on a cold day. You know, since being sick a few days ago, my body feels unstable now. The limbs that are still not stable make me have to eat a lot of hot or warm food in order to excite my day. My right choice this time was to want delicious food that is 100% vegan based that is soft and served while warm. Here I will invite you to prepare this one easy snack.

1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons glutinous rice flour
Sesame to taste
Cooking Steps
After preparing some simple ingredients available at home, I will start preparing the necessary cooking utensils. then start moving on to the cooking experiment part. Let's get started, this process is done carefully and vigorously, preferably done on a hungry stomach so you are sure to do it quickly. laugh out loud.
Step 1
Peel and wash the sweet potatoes, then cut into pieces as desired. After cutting, I started steaming the sweet potatoes until they were soft.
Step 2
After the sweet potato is tender, remove and set aside first, wait for the sweet potato to cool, then puree the sweet potato using a fork or chopper.
Step 3
Puree until there are no lumps, then add granulated sugar or it can be without using sugar. Then add the rice flour, stir until evenly distributed, until the dough is smooth.
Step 4
After I knead the dough until it's smooth, then I start to form a round dough like a ball manually until the dough runs out.
Step 5
Then I coat with sesame seeds on the entire surface of the cake, roll it in a sprinkle of sesame so that it is evenly coated.
Step 6
Finally, fry the cake in hot oil, using a medium heat that tends to be low, fry until the cake turns brown.
