How to Make Long Bean Tempe Soup Which is Delicious and Easy

After shopping for vegan ingredients 2 days ago, I immediately store the food ingredients in the refrigerator, so that the vegetables and other ingredients are preserved and their quality is maintained. Because it's been raining all day, so I'm off work, as you know I work in the field, so when extreme weather occurs like this we choose to rest so that things don't happen that are not desirable. After preparing myself, I immediately prepared some of the ingredients needed to make long bean and tempeh vegetable gravy. Did you know this vegetable gravy is often known in my area, as "Kuah Leumak vegetables", this dish is very popular in our area, and is usually cooked for everyday dishes. Coincidentally, yesterday I was shopping for long beans and tempeh, because they are one of the basic necessities in making this fat gravy.

Kuah Leumak vegetables

Vegetable Kuah Leumak is my family's favorite dish at home, to treat homesickness, I immediately made it myself here. I immediately prepared the ingredients and the main ingredients for this dish, so instead of being curious, let's just start cooking.

Materials Used

300 grams of long beans
1 tempeh board
1 liter of fresh coconut milk
5 green chilies

Softened Seasoning

4 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of sunti acid
1 teaspoon coriander
10 pieces of cayenne pepper
3 cm turmeric

Cooking Procedure

STEP 1

I started by smoothing the prepared spices, then cut the long beans and tempeh according to taste.

STEP 2

Next, put the ground spices into the cooking pan, then add enough water.

STEP 3

Then add the coconut milk, and mix well so that the spices and coconut milk are evenly mixed.

STEP 4

Then, put the green chili pieces in the pan, well for the pieces I split the chili.

STEP 5

Next, add the long beans and tempeh that have been cut into pieces.

STEP 6

Then, turn on the stove and cook for about 30 minutes or until the sauce boils 3 times. Then add 1 tablespoon of salt, cook until cooked and don't forget to stir the sauce. Now, when cooking, I highly recommend you to stir the gravy so that the coconut milk doesn't break easily.

Now, once cooked, serve the vegetables in your bowl and can be eaten with your family for lunch at home using rice or other carbohydrates. The taste is very savory, the tempeh and long beans are cooked perfectly and blends well with the ground spices. I cook this dish for my daily menu in the mess with friends, and I also share a bowl of this soup with my other friends who are next door to my room.
