Steps To Make
First I serve the roasted peanuts, by roasting the peanuts until cooked or brown in color. Then peel off the outer shell of the peanut so that later when crushed it doesn't look dirty.
Then mash the peanuts, put the roasted peanuts in a plastic bag, then pound them with a pestle until they form coarse grains.
Then prepare the bananas by sprinkling enough salt or you can skip them, then flatten the bananas using a drinking glass that has been wrapped in plastic, or you can also use a rolling pin.
Then flatten with a fork so that it has a jagged shape. Then heat the non-stick teflon, add a little spread of oil or margarine.
Then bake the bananas over medium heat for 15 minutes, turning the bananas back and forth so that they cook evenly.
Once cooked, add bananas sprinkled with sesame seeds and also a generous sprinkling of crushed peanuts, I also added chocolate sprinkles to make it look interesting and the kids love it.
