I enjoyed stir broccoli, mushroom and carrot with steamed pumpkin for my lunch. so yummy😋
It's been a few days the weather in Taiwan is very bad. Rain, wind and cold. So many people decide to stay at home. To survive the full winter and rainy season and decided to steam the pumpkin and saute broccoli, carrots and dried mushrooms. I got the ingredients from the refrigerator, which some time ago I bought at the market near my house.
Broccoli is a vegetable that is rich in vitamins, minerals and many health benefits, including being a source of antioxidants, reducing inflammation, preventing cancer, controlling blood sugar, brain health, body health and many other benefits. While dried mushrooms are useful for lowering cholesterol, preventing blood clots, and maintaining blood sugar balance. While carrots, contain Vitamin A to maintain eye health.
The ingredients I prepared
• 60 grams of medium-sized broccoli
• 5 grams of dried mushrooms
• 5 grams of small carrots
• 2 pieces of red chili
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon of oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon flavoring
Step Cooking!!!
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Step 2: Fried garlic, and then add mushroom and carrot
Step 3: add broccoli, and stir it. Keep the vegetables green and crunchy
Steps to prepare
• Clean the broccoli, peel the stem skin, then cut into medium size.
• Soak dried mushrooms, drain, then slice the tips.
• Wash the carrots, then cut them according to taste.
• slice chili according to taste
• Slice the garlic according to taste.
Cooking steps!
• Heat the frying pan
• Add oil
• Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then stir-fry the chilies until fragrant
• Put the dried mushrooms first
• Then carrots
• Lastly broccoli
• Fry until fragrant, add a little water, then cover briefly. So that the vegetables look fresh, keep the stove fire high
• Open the lid of the stir fry, then add salt and seasoning to taste.
Note: Take care not to let the broccoli become too soft, thereby losing its vitamins and protein content.
My favorite steamed pumpkin
Steaming pumpkin
For the pumpkin, I steamed about 3-4 minutes, because I cut it not too big. So afraid of being too soft. Pumpkin as a substitute for rice, can maintain stability and lose weight, improve digestion, maintain eye health, reduce the risk of getting cancer. Maintain heart health, and brain function.
I try to maintain and consume healthy and nutritious food, because as the saying goes, "you are what you eat". Healthy food has to be expensive, but how do we process it.
I hope this recipe is useful.
That's all my recipe about
