Smoothies avocado, pineapple and banana with almond and Nutella toppings is a healthy and good breakfast menu for those of us who are on a diet.
Avocado is a fruit that is rich in nutrients, low in fat which is very good for the health of the body. However, Avocado is very hard to come by in Taiwan. Yesterday when I was about to buy breakfast, at the fruit shop there was an avocado. Not wasting the opportunity I immediately bought it, two avocados for NTD 100 or the equivalent of US$ 3,5.
When I got home, I immediately executed one avocado into smoothies. Incidentally, there were bananas and pineapples at home. So that's it, avocado, pineapple and banana smoothies with almond and Nutella toppings. This menu is a healthy and good breakfast menu for those of us who are on a diet.
Let's follow how I prepare breakfast with a menu of avocado, banana, and pineapple smoothies topped with almonds and Nutella.
Required materials are
• 1 avocado (60 grams)
• 1 banana (5 grams)
• 5 grams of pineapple
• 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
• 2 tablespoons Nutella chocolate
• 5 grams of almonds
Step 1: Cut all fruits square
Step 2: Blender all fruits softer
Step 3: pour smoothies in the plate and put almond on top
How to make smoothies
• Dice avocado
• Dice pineapple
• Dice bananas
• Put all the ingredients together, then blender

How to serve
• Put the fruit blender into a serving plate
• Add almond topping
• Arrange fruit slices as decoration
• Add Nutella topping on top
• Smoothies are ready to be enjoyed
Avocado, banana and pineapple smoothies are perfect for breakfast. Avocado has a myriad of health benefits. This fruit contains carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals, very good for bone health, lowers the risk of heart disease, improves digestion, is good for eye health, prevents cancer, and maintains brain health.
In addition to breakfast, avocado, banana, and pineapple smoothies are also suitable for afternoon meals, to keep your stomach full and healthy. By making menu own self, it'll make more healthier and rich in nutrients that are good for health. Hopefully, this menu is useful.
