Hello, friends especially foodies!
Sometimes I cook for mom and I when I have free time like yesterday when we had a public holiday, I cooked for our lunch. Luckily I still had some left over ingredients to cook. This cooking was super easy and also vegetarian friendly so what was my experiment yesterday, let’s take a look!
Preparation:
I had tempeh, as you already know, tempeh made from fermented soy . This time we didn’t want to eat fried food. So I first cut the tempeh into small cubes. I also had some green chillies at home so I would like to meet them together.
Then i half fried the tempeh as the first step. While waiting I also cut the garlic and chilli.
Cooking time:
First, i heated the cooking oil on the frying pan. Then, i put the tempeh in.
I stirred it, then I put the salt, sugar and also sweet soy sauce. Also I added a bit water on it too.
After it well cooked, I put it in a bowl. Voila here it was
It had sweet, savory, and spicy. The tempeh were soft because I made it wet (by only half fried it before), but actually it depended on your taste, you could dry fried it before stirred it. It was healthy, yummy and of course vegan friendly!
Wanna try my easy peasy recipe too?
