For this delicious recipe we will use:
-1 cup of coffee
-3 tablespoons of cocoa shells
-10 milliliters of melted panela cane sugar
-1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
-10 grams of unsweetened bittersweet chocolate
-3 tablespoons corn starch

We put the coffee in a cup and separate in 2 equal parts. One part we take it to slow fire until it boils and in the other part we put 2 spoonfuls of melted sugar cane panela and 2 spoonfuls of corn starch. At the moment of boiling we join the 2 halves and we wait 1 minute until it acquires a thick consistency.
We do the same process with the cup of coffee, that is to say, we divide it in half, put it to boil and add the corn starch and the sugar cane sweetener.
