Many people experience various diseases due to their lifestyle, one of which is due to their diet. Junk food is One of the causes that affect the level of health because several types of Junk food products contain preservatives. Even though junk food does not directly have a negative impact on health, it needs to be limited.
Consuming bananas can be beneficial for health because bananas contain many elements such as calories, protein, sugar, carbohydrates, fat, and also fiber. All the ingredients in bananas are very important for the body's needs. Bananas also contain tryptophan, which can help improve mental health. The content of tryptophan is converted by the body into serotonin and melatonin so it can improve mood. Apart from being beneficial for mental health, bananas are also very good to consume for people who are on a diet program because bananas contain carbohydrates and there is no excessive rise in glucose levels.
Basically, bananas can be eaten directly without having to make juice. But some people prefer juice because it has a delicious taste. Tonight I tried making juice from bananas. Even though the bananas I bought weren't ripe yet, I couldn't wait to try them. I think banana juice can be beneficial for my digestive tract. How to make banana juice is not difficult, because it does not require many ingredients, it is just that the bananas must be ripe so that the taste does not change.
How do you make it?
Yellow bananas are usually ripe and not hard inside, so they are very soft when mashed.
- Bananas are cut into several parts and the skin is removed.
- Bananas that have been cut into pieces put into a glass blender.
- Add Water as needed.
- Blend the bananas until soft and liquefied.
- After being blended, banana juice can be poured into a glass and can be drunk immediately, but if you need it to feel cold, you can add a few pieces of ice cubes.
Banana juice drinks are not recommended for people who are experiencing kidney problems because bananas also contain potassium. This potassium can make conditions worse for people who have kidney failure.
