I was in a conversation with a friend, and he was telling me how he found out what his colleague.
Who is also his supposed close friend, went to drop a complaint to their boss.
In order for him to lose a contract signed for the two to manage.
What saved him was his mindset and conscience because the story is unbelievable.
My Tuesday started well, i woke up very early and went out to throw dirt.
That was when i captured the photos above.
The front of the place i am currently living is flooded with water.
Coming out was a big challenge, but gladly, i made it outside twice on this day.
The first time i came out early to throw dirt and later in the day, when i went for a supermarket survey.
It was bright and beautiful yesterday.
The sun was shining brightly, i even had to wear a face cap while i walked to the supermarket.
There are actually a few supermarkets in this area, so i just chose one for the survey.
Patients always complain that they don't see the foods i prescribe to them, and I will have no say because i am new here.
But after today's survey, i pity who will lie and tell me that again.
Is better they say "they are expensive," which i will agree to.
Because the prices are really high, compared to what they used to be.
I specifically went for the DM, overweight and obese for now.
True the supermarket is not that big.
Though i still have another one to check out, i have heard lots about it.
Having gotten this few, i went round and got some few things for myself.
Before making payments and heading back home.
I actually do teach how to make these flours for food, but some with a busy lifestyle will still want to hear the choices for processed.
Healthy living also improves putting in your time as well.
The sun was already coming down, when i was walking back and i enjoyed the walk.
Spent the rest of my day with other random activities.
It is a day i am so much grateful for, at least it didn't rain.
I love rain, but i am certainly afraid of destructive floods.
