Sit straight in the chair with both legs in front. Now keep both hands on the lap and keep the head and neck straight. Keep one foot pressed to the ground and lift the ankle with the thumb of the other foot and pull the spine. Exhale slowly from this position for a while while taking a deep breath.
Now exhale with the thumb of the other foot in the same way and come to the previous place. Inhale by lifting the ankles with the mass of the big toes of both the feet together.
Wake up and practice doing this at least five times. If you do this exercise regularly, your body will be healthy.
