For my Freestyle Collage No. 61, the theme is a force represented by a man. He's in deep thought while watching over the land. My inspiration for this collage theme was an interesting free-sourced photo I discovered. Pairing it with my pure fractal I created in the advanced fractal rendering program, Apophysis 7X created a landscape that looked as if it naturally fit and should have been a part of the image. That's the beauty of layering.
Once I determined the fractal and thinking man image fit, I wanted to utilized an LMAC image. I chose the one from LMAC Round 190. I love working with landscape images. It's like a blank canvas where you can add any elements to change the feature.

To blend the images, I uploaded all into Canva, my design program. This program affords me features such as background removal, resizing, repositioning, colorizing, duplicating, overlays, and various filtering.
Below are my procedures:
To a blank, white canvas, I added the primary background image of a man's head transposed over a mountain range.
I switched the canvas background to black. I knew I wanted to use the left side of the screen for the LMAC landscape, so I left space by only resizing the primary background mountain image three-fourths of the canvas, then duplicating it.
Added LMAC landscape image.
Removed background from the LMAC landscape image. Resized and positioned it to the left side of the screen. Duplicated, then colorized the pieces.
Added my beautiful leaves fractal.
Removed background of leaves fractal and positioned it in the bottom landscape portion.
Added the birds. Removed backgrounds where necessary.
Added giraffe, placed it in the man's eye. Added two other alien being. This completed the collage
I share my completed collage for FreeStyle No. 61:
