- In this post, I'm going to share a drawing that I made combining some different concepts. In the drawing you can see that I've drawn scenery of two houses standing on the bank of a river, white clouds and birds are flying in the sky. There are Lotus flowers in the water and there are also flowers on the bank of it. The white flower you can see on the down left corner are called "KASHFUL" in Bangla. You can also see that I've added some ice mountains standing far away.

Now, let's talk about using different concepts. First of all, "white clouds, KashFul", it's a specialty of the Autumn season in my country. At this time of the year, the white clouds make the sky so beautiful that it seems like pieces of cotton are flying in the blue sky. Also, this is the time when KashFul grows, which is from October to December. They grow mainly in open fields and at the banks of rivers. After drawing this the river looked kind of empty, so I decided to add a small boat of local fishermen called Dingi Nouka ('Dingi' boat). But, then I thought it'd make the drawing bad. So, I've drawn some Lotus Flower there. But, they grow from the middle of April to September. Sometimes, you may see some Lotus flowers in October too but the chance is so rare. I've added lots of birds flying in the sky, which actually happens in the winter. At this time of the year foreign birds mostly the birds who live in places that get covered in ice comes to our country to migrate. We call them " Otithi Pakhi" (Guest Birds). There are always hundreds of birds flying in the sky, the scenery is so beautiful. This time, our government takes steps to prohibit bird killing. I've also added some ice mountains to make it look like that those birds are coming towards us from those cold places, though our country doesn't have such a place. There's another reason for it, I love the view of these mountains and I dream of visiting one of these places one day. That's why I've added them to my artwork. After all, an artwork is something that tells the story hidden inside the creator's heart. And, I've drawn the houses just as like as the local houses made with wood and tin in our country. And this was the concept behind my work. Now, let's see the steps of how I completed this drawing.
- To complete this drawing I've used hard art paper, two different-sized brushes, and watercolor. And it took me almost 3 hours to complete it. The coloring part didn't take more than 1 and a half hours, it was the thinking while drawing that took the main time. Though I already had a plan of it in my head I also added few things and made some changes while drawing it.
