Hello to all my creative art loving friends! I hope you are doing well!
I have already said that I usually draw very slowly. But for the first time I managed to make a small sketch of a funny hamster, which I really liked, literally in 1 - 1.5 hours of drawing.
My goal was not to get a cool drawing, but I just wanted to try to draw from start to finish without putting too much demands on the drawing technique. Let me remind you that I'm just learning to draw. So, I took a sheet of watercolor paper, primed it with white acrylic paint.
The next stage is the back one and just the outline of a hamster with a cookie.
This time I drew myself using a reference and not a step-by-step drawing master class with which I often like to learn to draw
Now I worked on the face of the hamster. I like how it turned out for me.
Then I moved on to drawing cookies. And then I drew the hamster again: torso, paws.
I think my hamster is happier 😁
I wanted to work a little more on the background.
Now I will show a photo of the drawing not on the table, but standing. To be honest, I did not expect such a result at all: my hamster really looks like a hamster and even cookies look like cookies 😁
This is a huge breakthrough for me in realizing that I am really making progress in drawing!!! I feel more confident and now I know for sure that with sufficient diligence in work and theoretical knowledge (which I currently have very little), I will succeed!!! 💃💃💃
