All people have different ways of achieving it so it is important that you return to yourself to continue and do your best every day.
My particular way of returning to myself and recharging is to enjoy time, drawing, watching TikTok, series and resting my body from the daily routine of the week. Resting and turning off my mind to focus on leisure is necessary for me since I control time and allow myself to continue with my batteries well charged.

Todas las personas tenemos diversas formas de lograrlo asi que es importante que vuelvas a ti para continuar y dar lo mejor cada dia.
Mi forma particular de volver a mi y recargarme es disfrutar tiempo, dibujando, viendo tiktok, series y descansando el cuerpo de la rutina diaria de la semana. Descansar y apagar la mente para centrarme en el ocio me resulta necesario ya que controlo el tiempo y me permito continuar con las baterías bien puestas.
