Saludos amigos de hive y sketchbook, el día de hoy comparto con ustedes este encargo de una lámina que posee la ilustración del mapa de Venezuela con sus límites fronterizos y marítimos, además de sus correspondientes estados y capitales. Esta lámina fue una petición de mi tía , para hacérsela a unos compañeros de su trabajo que han sido muy solidarios con ella, y le pidieron el favor de que les realizará esta lámina para su hijo, pidiéndome este encargo el lunes en la tarde para entregarlo el día miércoles.
Greetings friends of hive and sketchbook, today I share with you this order of a poster that has the illustration of the map of Venezuela with its border and maritime boundaries, in addition to their corresponding states and capitals. This poster was a request from my aunt, to make it for some colleagues at work who have been very supportive of her, and asked her the favor of making this poster for their son, asking me to order it on Monday afternoon to deliver it on Wednesday.
Para realizar la lámina utilicé dos imágenes de referencia que me pasó la señora, una contenía los límites fronterizos, con colores y una leyenda que explicaba lo que significaba cada uno, y una segunda imagen en donde salía un mapa de Venezuela más detallado y con sus respectivos países y capitales. Para una buena representación de las fronteras marítimas también dibuje las diversas islas con las cuales se comparten estas fronteras, como puerto rico, Trinidad y Tobago, Aruba, entre otras más, aunque como verán en el mapa hay algunas con las cuales hay una delimitación pendiente, las cuales poseen una estrella roja a su lado.
To make the poster I used two reference images that the lady gave me, one contained the border limits, with colors and a legend explaining what each one meant, and a second image with a more detailed map of Venezuela with their respective countries and capitals. For a good representation of the maritime borders I also drew the various islands with which these borders are shared, such as Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, Aruba, among others, although as you will see on the map there are some with which there is a pending delimitation, which have a red star next to them.
De color amarillo trace la frontera con Colombia, de azul la frontera con Brasil, de rojo la frontera con Guayana( zona en reclamacion) y de anaranjado la frontera con Guyana, despues con el azul oscuro realicé los límites de las fronteras marítimas y el mapa posee dos tonos verdes, el claro que son los Estados fronterizos y en verde oscuro los Estados no fronterizos, siendo estas las principales características del mapa.
In yellow color I trace the border with Colombia, in blue the border with Brazil, in red the border with Guyana (area in reclamation) and in orange the border with Guyana, then with the dark blue I made the limits of the maritime borders and the map has two green tones, the light one that are the border States and in dark green the non border States, being these the main characteristics of the map.

Realicé los márgenes de 2 cm a cada lado de la lámina de papel bond, después realicé la base del mapa y las divisiones y medidas para el título. Luego empecé a poner los nombres de los países y estados.
I made the 2 cm margins on each side of the bond paper sheet, then I made the base of the map and the divisions and measurements for the title. Then I began to put the names of the countries and states.
Con el lapicero empecé a remarcar todo el dibujo y los nombres, luego realicé el título de " mapa de Venezuela " con marcador.
With the pencil I started to mark the drawing and the names, then I made the title "map of Venezuela" with a marker.
Apliqué una base de color verde claro y oscuro en sus respectivos estados, haciendo la base con un trazo suave.
I applied a light and dark green base in their respective states, making the base with a soft stroke.
Empecé a detallar más los estados, agregando un bordeado con sus respectivos colores, después realicé las fronteras con sus respectivos tonos a cada una.
I began to detail the states, adding a border with their respective colors, then I made the borders with their respective tones to each one.
Luego con la tiza azul rellene la parte del océano y con la verdad la de los países. Con los colores realicé un degradado verde para " mapa de" y de amarillo, azul y rojo para " Venezuela"
Then with the blue chalk I filled in the ocean part and with the truth the countries. With the colors I made a green gradient for "map of" and yellow, blue and red for "Venezuela".
Espero les haya gustado este pequeño encargo, próximamente estaré subiendo un dibujo de uno de mis digimons favoritos con la cual empecé hace poco en un juego, además está semana me han llegado varios encargos, lo que me tendrá ocupado el resto del mes y parte del mes que viene, pero no lo niego, tener trabajo me hace muy feliz. Realizar este mapa me hizo recordar mi tiempo en el liceo, hace ya varios años, más que todo las clases de geografía e historia de Venezuela, quien diría que me gradué del liceo hace ya más de 6 años y aún lo recuerdo como si fuese ayer.
I hope you liked this little assignment, soon I will be uploading a drawing of one of my favorite digimons with which I started recently in a game, also this week I have received several orders, which will keep me busy for the rest of the month and part of next month, but I do not deny it, having work makes me very happy. Making this map made me remember my time in high school, several years ago, mostly the geography and history classes of Venezuela, who would have thought that I graduated from high school more than 6 years ago and I still remember it as if it was yesterday.
