This week has been so hectic.
From running to school to going for industrial training, doing assignments, trying to meet deadlines, and completing tasks
It hasn't been easy so far but we keep striving and we keep doing what we gotta do to attain a certain height

For this week, we were asked to make meat pie at our industrial training center.
Unfortunately, for me, my group leader didn't turn up early enough so I was asked to lead the group instead and do most of the work that needed to be done.
I fret at first but thank God for my group members who encouraged me to stand in the gap and that I was gonna do just fine.

I haven't baked meat pie before and I didn't even know the procedures for doing it, although I used to see my elder sister doing it at home when she was still with us, I never really paid attention to her process or recipes and now we were asked to bake a meat pie and I wished I used to pay attention then.
The good thing is that though it was our practical day, we were also being taught, so it was more like learning and doing it too.

Some of us got to the venue quite early so we started preparing our ingredients according to the mentioned recipes.
It took a while before we were able to set up everything and put it in place.
We did division of labor so that things would get done much faster.
After setting up everything we needed as instructed, we then made arrangements for the preparation proper, we minced the meat and made ready the filling and then we went again to prepare the dough for the meat pie.

After which we prepared the meat pie by putting the fillings in the dough and then placing them in a baking pan.
When we were done with the wrapping, it was put into the oven and allowed to bake.
