My Weekends Rock !

With or without the cyber spy device know as the
cellular "smart phone." Still trying to figure out that "smart" part.

Lets take a L๐Ÿ‘€k inside this device I am typing on right now. Yes I have done my own repairs on my cell phones. I have rebuilt several of them.

Many people do not get it. Did the calculator make us smarter? No, a.i. is not our friend. I am proud to say I know my multiplication tables forwards and backwards. I can do math and division with a pencil and paper. In my head.

I use these devices as tools of enjoyment. The day I can not walk away from them is the day I am lost to the monster that is coming called...

Artificial Intelligence

So L๐Ÿ‘€k here reader. Artificial means what?

Artificial=Fake

Fake is not real. So fake intelligence is really stupidity. A smart phone is a.i.

If we use these tools. As "tools". Then I believe they are useful. But so many can not function properly without them.

My weekend routine is to put the phone on the charger and get on with life. So many things to do. This cell phone just slows me down. I will pick it up when I am taking a break. I do much of my trucking related business correspondence on it. Setting up loads and exchanging information with my workmates.

I am not anti a.i. devices. I am anti people. The people that will use it to do harm. The same people that can not tell you what 5x5 is. The people that will pick up the stupid smart phone. Open the calculator app and act like they are smart by punching a few numbers on the virtual (fake) keyboard to get an answer. Sometimes I am surprised they are smart enough to find the app on the smart phone.

I get satisfaction and enjoyment out of my hands on projects. Non virtual in the 3D world. That does not make me smarter than you the reader. That just makes us different.

Now it is time for me to put this silly a.i. device down and get jiggy wit some to do list stuff. The list that grows and grows with no end in site.

Thanks to my brother from another @galenkp for keeping the #weekend-engagement alive. You are my inspiration to be better.

Keep on KrazzyTruckin'

(All fotos are property of KrazzyTrukker and no a.i. was used... Errrr ok the cellular dumb phone gov spytool a.i. device was used in creating and posting this.)

ya there's really a lot of things to do. not having a smartphone over the weekend is not too bad. If there was no wifi for a month tho , I think that's where I would get pretty hard

I have to agree. I am an addict also. Just to a much lesser degree than others. Out on the road I stream television thru this phones hotspot. So without that it would be a bummer. But not the end of the world.

O.O what do u consider an addict?

ya that would be a bummer with no streaming but hey still got good old music to pass the time or if you're not driving u can sleep haha

Hmm... It begs the question, how to be in digital spaces without being pro-device?

Like a balancing act. These devices are very addicting and do make our lives easier. But also have many negative effects.

Sure thing. Balance in life makes everything easier even when it gets hard to get your act together. ๐Ÿ˜‚

They make AI under the pretext that we need help.
To quickly and easily find out some answers, information, results.
But in doing so they destroy people's creativity, desire, uncertainty.
Before AI, in order to find out something, you had to research, ask questions, and communicate with other people.
That way you made friends and acquaintances, and you will never forget what you learned.
It's the same with everything in life, you only remember what you got the hard way for the longest time.
Everything that is given "on a plate" is quickly forgotten and has no value for us.
These posts on Hive are also proof that AI is not overly desirable everywhere.
The use of AI is prohibited on given topics.
It should be that way.
I experienced and felt = my words.
I saw (my eyes) = my photo.
There is no space for AI.

Agree 100%

It too quickly becomes a crutch, the easy way out. Virtual realities meth.
