:3 that's when I started planning how to make a cosplay.... so this wasn't just a 3 day job, it was at least two months of saving and buying the fabrics. and 3 days to cut, sew, design, build everything by hand.
Hello everyone :3 for a month I've been working on different projects, songs/ cosplays/ illustrations, and little by little I've been progressing slowly but surely.
nwn, this image you see above is an edit of the cosplay I made in 3 days.... the last one practically without sleeping :3 I'll share with you a little bit of the progress, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
I was invited as a cosplayer to two different events, it was fun, however an anime convention is something difficult to do and be successful in a country that is heading to an imminent economic collapse.
but, in spite of all the difficulties, people always seek to do what fills them with joy and happiness.
being a cosplayer is an expensive hobby, while in other parts of the world, they make many things with 3d printers here, the whole population makes props with their own hands, and I have not been the exception.
as a general fact: there are no direct shipments to my country because of the economic sanctions of the united states, which instead of hindering the actions of the rulers has only hindered the economy of the average citizen.
so any shipment is paid double.

nwn, esta imagen que ven arriba es un edit del cosplay que hice en 3 dias.... el ultimo practicamente sin dormir :3 les compartire un poco lo que fue el progreso, y espero lo disfruten tanto como yo.
fui invitada cosplayer, a dos eventos distintos, fue divertido, sin embargo una convencion de anime es algo dificil de ralizar y tener exito en un pais que va rumbo al colapso economico inminente.
pero, a pesar de todas las dificultades, als personas siempre buscan hacer aquello que les llena de alegria y felicidad.
ser cosplayer es un hobbie costoso, mientras en otras partes del mundo, realizan muchas cosas con impresoras 3d aca, la poblacion entera hace props con sus propias manos, y yo no he sido la excepcion.
como dato general: no hay envios directos hacia mi pais por las sanciones economicas de estados unidos, que en lugar de entorpecer las acciones de los governantes solo ha entorpecido la economia del ciudadano promedio.
por lo que cualquier envio se paga doble .
I decided to start with what I felt was complicated.
- I had never done capes before
- I had no idea how the heck to make one so this was a "I'm going to give it my best shot because I have no idea what I'm doing" so this was ... me using my common sense to build something.
decidi comenzar con lo que sentia que era complicado1. jamas habia hecho capas 2. no tenia ni idea de como rayos hacer una asi que esto fue un "voy a hacer mi mejor intento porque no tengo ni idea de que estoy haciendo" asi que esto fue ... yo usando mi sentido comun para construir algo
I lost count of how many times I pinched my finger with the needle, under the nail, in the cuticle and all over.
i was fucking happy here cuz now it was looking like the charater cape
here I made the necklace where the C. bell goes:
I basically sewed by hand a rectangle of fabric and then I put a rectangle of foam to keep the shape, I had seen references from other cosplayers and they hadn't made the necklace.
I'm a person that looks to make the cosplay as similar to the character as possible.

I haven't made a proper photoshoot of the cosplay to upload it to social yet, these are just pictures of the finished costume and some pictures I took at the anime convention and that's it.
