What's up everyone Hope everyone is well. I'm in a bit of trouble right now so haven't been posting as regularly. Whenever I get time in the gap of busy time, I sit down to make new pieces. Like this one did it. Let me first say that I don't know much about this character. Originally I was looking at some art on the site https://www.deviantart.com/. At that time this Image
suddenly came in front of me. So I had a pretty good amount of free time on my hands so I thought I'd do something with it.
So, I got right to work. Before start it I did some research and looked up various pictures of the character across different sites. I started with a rough sketch, laying down the basics. Once I was satisfied with the initial draft, I outlined the body with thicker lines to give the character a solid form. The character's pose and physique were a bit tricky to get right, but I enjoyed the challenge.
I also made a slight change to the outfit. If you look up the character online, you'll typically see them in either a black or gray outfit—muscular, always in a combat-ready stance, often paired with white pants. Since I only drew the upper half of the body, I decided to switch things up. I dressed the character in an ocher monk's robe instead of the usual outfit. This look resonated with me, as it gave the character a fresh, spiritual feel.
cAfter that, I moved on to coloring. Adding vibrant colors brought the character to life, giving it the energy I wanted. To complete the look, I added some electrifying Thunderbolt designs around the character, further enhancing the intensity of the piece.
By the way, I drew this entire artwork using Illustrator software, which helped me achieve the sharp lines and vibrant effects. That’s how this artwork came to be!
