Spiny Gourd with Fried Onions

Friends, Happy Thursday everyone.

Today was a beautiful day, the sky was slightly cloudy, the sun was not very visible due to the clouds, but the weather was very clean. In fact, when the sky is cloudy, the environment is not always dark, sometimes there are exceptions, like we had here today.

Today I will share with you a fried recipe, actually Bengalis always prefer to eat fried food with hot rice. But if it is a vegetable then the attraction towards it increases more. So our food menu has almost a variety of fried vegetables, I try to keep it.

As I am going to share a recipe with you today, I tried to fry it a little differently, because I tried to double the taste. Tried to present it a little differently by mixing fried with it. I am sure it will catch your attention and you will show some interest in its taste. If that is not the case, then I would say that your weakness towards taste is low.

I really like spiny gourd as a vegetable because it has a lot of nutrients. Especially preventing cancer, reducing acne and reducing the risk of heart attack to a great extent. So you can understand how necessary it is for us as a vegetable. So we need to eat more of these vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients-

  • Spiny gourd
  • Onions
  • Raw chilies
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • salt
  • Oil.

Recipe Preparation Phase-

Spiny gourd is first sliced, then rubbed well with turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.

Then put a pan on the stove and heat the oil, after the oil heats up, leave the spiny gourds with spices in the oil.

Then I flipped the spiny gourds and tried to fry both sides well. Then I picked them up and put them on a plate.

Then in that hot oil I chopped onions, added raw chillies and fried them lightly.

Then I added the fried spiny gourds, mixed with the fried onions. Then took them down to serve.

Fried Spiny gourd ready to serve. Tried making it a little differently with fried onions. Because we use fried onions in almost every vegetable to enhance the taste. You can try this way. Not just spiny gourd but any vegetable.
