Pumpkin Leaf Recipe with Sesame Seeds - Creative Sunday

in #hive-153850last year

Friends, Happy Sunday everyone.

Today is a very rainy day, it cannot be said that it is a very beautiful environment. The sun appeared briefly in the morning, but then the sky darkened again and it rained heavily. The sky is still very cloudy, it looks like it will rain again.

But even though it rained, everyone accepted it happily. Because the excessive heat has become unbearable for everyone, when it rains, the atmosphere is at least cool for a while, and this is what everyone expects. In fact, more people prefer cold environments than hot ones.

Today is Sunday so I will share with you a recipe of a different kind, you can call it a part of Creative Sunday. Although before that I participated in Creative Sundays in various ways. So today I will share a different recipe with you in a different way.

The recipe may be prepared in many ways, but the real credit is to be able to retain the appeal. Today I used dry chilies and sesame seeds with pumpkin leaves, it's a bit spicy recipe, but very tasty. Hope you will like this recipe.

Recipe Ingredients-

  • Pumpkin leaves
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Dry chilies
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • salt
  • Oil.

Recipe preparation phase-

Here I have done two things in the beginning, one is to make a paste with dry chillies, onion, garlic and salt. For this I used sheel pata.

In the same way I made a paste of Sesame Seeds using Sheel Pata. Making these two pastes means half of the recipe is done.

Then I took these two pastes in a plate, mixed with turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.

After mixing all the ingredients to make another paste, I took pumpkin leaves, then spread the paste on top and bottom of it and folded it into a small shape.

In the same way, using the pastes, I took many leaves and folded them.

Then I put the pan in the oven and heat the oil, put the folded leaves in the oil and fry both sides.

When both sides are nicely fried I take them out to serve.

Today's recipe is ready, actually this kind of recipe is not eaten much, because many people do not like Jhal. They are too Jhal, so not everyone can eat them. Of course it tastes great to me.

All are my original photographs.

Thanks all.
