Hello everyone welcome to HL Creative-Sunday and I want to make use of this opportunity to say happy new month to you all.
So today, I will be making snacks which are commonly known as puff-puff. This particular snacks is very easy to make and yummy as well, in fact ever since I was a kid I have loved this snacks but some years back I didn't know how to do it, all I did was buy from people that sell and now I have learned how to because the area I am living now is kind of quiet so nobody sells something like that.
Ingredients are:
Flour
Sugar
Nutmeg
Pepper
Yeast
Onions
Groundnut oil
The preparation
Step 1
I poured the flour into a clean bowl and added the nutmeg. Mixed it and then added the yeast powder to the flour.
Step 2
I added three tablespoons of sugar into the mixture, I added the sugar based on the quantity of the flour so that it wouldn't be too much, I also added a pinch of salt, then mixed it thoroughly so that the ingredients would mix with the flour.
Step 3
After that, I added the pepper powder, I love pepper so much and I can't eat food that doesn't have pepper so that was why I added a little quantity of pepper into the flour, then I mixed it again.
Step 4
Lastly, I added a small quantity of water into the mixture so that I would be able to mix the ingredients, later I added the amount of water that I needed for the flour to make the mixture soft because if it doesn't soft it might not rise properly as I wanted.
Step 5
Then I put it inside the sun so that it could rise. some minutes later, the mixture had filled the bowl and yes that is exactly what I needed, I poured the sliced onions into the mixture and that is to give it a sweet aroma while frying.

Step 6
I put a clean pot on the burner allowed it to heat a little bit then poured the amount of groundnut oil I wanted into it, and allowed it to heat before I started cutting the mixture into the hot oil with my hand as you can see in the picture.
Now my yummy snacks are ready for the weekend, I love it because it's a fast snacks to prepare.
