Hello everyone, I'm really so happy to be part of this week's #creative-sunday. Well, this is going to be my first time and I'm just feeling unsure of what I need to do even though I actually know, lolz, I think that is called being nervous (why should I even be nervous? It's just a Sunday to be creative right?) oops!!! Okay, I'm so sorry for that dramatic moment 😂, without further ado, let's get down to what I have for you all.
Ingredients
- Flour - I don't have any specific quantity for the flour because I just use the number of eggs to determine the quantity of flour I use.
- Eggs - for mine, I made use of 3 eggs but like I said, the number of eggs you use is what will determine the quantity of flour you use.
- Milk - I do make use of skimmed milk or liquid milk and for this process, I made use of liquid milk.
- Sugar - For the sugar, you can use any type of sugar of your choice but for mine, I made use of granulated sugar and the quantity varies depending on your taste.
Salt - A pinch, two or three or you can choose not to add it at all.
Groundnut oil
Water and others as you wish.
Procedure
First, you break your eggs in a deep bowl and stir for a while, then you add in your milk, sugar and salt (optional) and stir it again. After stirring it, you sieve your flour inside and also stir it again. After that, you can add any other thing you wish and that's it.

Now you will turn a drop of Groundnut oil into the frying pan, very little one, but make sure it touches every part of the frying pan, then you pour some quantity of the mixture into the frying pan, make sure the heat is at it's minimal to avoid burning your pancake, hehe. Then after some seconds, flip the pan cakes to the other side and then your pancake is ready. You can continue that process until you finish all the mixtures.

Here is the pancakes I made, they were really delicious and tasty. You can serve them with tea, custard and you can as well eat it like that, I always like eating it like that, hehe. But I've tried it with tea and custard and it is highly recommended.
That's all I have for you today, I hope I was able to pass a little knowledge with you from this. Please note, this is an homemade recipe so it might not be the type you know but then, with this little recipe, you will be able to eat your delicious pancake, for those that love pancakes like me 😉.
Until next time, stay AWESOME!!!
