Indonesia is one of the countries with a global culinary variety, natural and processed foods are always available in various regions, including my area. Born from a simple family, it is always a matter of pride to taste various home-cooked dishes that are always prepared by the family.
Before I answer some of the reasons for this theme, I will first explain what natural foods are and what processed foods are. Natural foods are foods that come from nature and these foods can be consumed directly without any process, now these foods are mostly found in fruits and vegetables. Meanwhile, processed food is a type of food that has gone through several processing stages such as drying, canning, heating and many other types. Usually these processed foods are processed first so they can last longer or last longer. Well, processed foods are foods that are easy to prepare, usually these foods don't take long to consume.
If I have to choose processed or natural foods, of course I will choose natural foods, there are several factors why I should choose natural foods, of course the main reason is because I live in a rural area, natural food supplies are abundant in my area, such as fruits and vegetables. and also staple foods such as rice. In fact, sometimes many of us own land just to prepare for our daily needs. The second factor, besides being safer for health, consuming natural ingredients is very beneficial for energy in our bodies, while the third factor is natural foods that can save expenses for our needs because natural foods are relatively cheaper than packaged foods or processed foods.
Therefore, I prefer to consume natural foods rather than processed foods, in addition to the three factors above, consuming natural ingredients also suits my tongue, which is used to tasting the taste of home food, while processed foods are often not suitable. Well, you must have experienced the same thing as me. It's not always what we eat according to our tongue, because eating is not to be full, but to live, so that we can move as we should, and remember to eat in moderation because too much is not good, especially for body health. Well, for those of you who like to eat like me, keep eating according to the right nutritional levels so you don't regret it in the future.
