Hello, today I feel very excited to participate in the weekly contest (although I saw it late and I'm pressed for time, I managed to enter), since @ginethchira2301 and I have a very similar project, which for financial reasons we have not been able to carry out . So adapting that idea and taking it to the field of coffee, I'm very excited.
It would be a concept similar to the one in the image, something with a rustic, semi-industrial design and earthy colors, wood, of course, plays a fundamental role in the entire design. The other important thing is that it should be a design as small as possible, the more practical and economical the better 😊
Regarding the location, it would be somewhat mobile, although in the competition money is not a problem, for us it is currently, so I cannot help but think about the costs of renting and remodeling a place. For me, the best option is, with the same money, to create several coffee trucks, small, agile, practical and economical, so we could reach more people 😊
Unfortunately, today people live fighting against time and rarely can afford to spend 2 hours in an establishment, so our concept would be to bring the quality of a good coffee, within everyone's reach, we would be in the squares, near the bus stops
In other words, we would be aimed at ordinary people, at the largest clientele in the world, so we should not worry about customers and we can focus exclusively on the quality of the product 😊
While we would sell the classic espressos in small, steamy portions, we would focus more on cold and take-out products. Due to two fundamental reasons, the first is that a person who has spent all morning running errands, walking from one place to another in the sun, will not want something hot, but rather, something refreshing and cold.
And the second reason is that we could make presentations of abundant size and to go, so people can continue on their way, with one of our glasses in hand. Efficiency makes the difference in this type of business, as does the diversity of products, so we would also sell cookies, cupcakes, candies... ALL COFFEE!

Finally, although it may not seem like it, the way of marketing is the easiest part of the whole process, you need an image and lots of smiles 😃
Let's see, we already have the image, which is our guinea pig called Cuchi. And it is important that it is an easy figure to recognize and so when you see it anywhere, people will immediately know what it is about us 😊
Now, if we go back a little bit, you'll notice that we saved a lot of money on rent and remodeling. And so we were able to have coffee trucks all over the city, all at a negligible cost, which would give us the possibility of using a much lower price table and much more sustainable in the long term. In other words, if today you bought a product for $2 usd, in 3 months you will continue to buy it for $2 usd 😊
