Good day everyone, hello to all my fellow members on hive, today am going to show you how I make a yummy chinchin.
Recipe for my chinchin
Flour - 500 grams
Sugar _ 100 grams
Butter - 100 grams
Baking powder- 1 tablespoon
1 sachet of nutmeg
1 sachets of milk
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1
ways and Method of mixing
Firstly I measured all my indigrent measure bellow in a very clean plastic bowl
After measuring then I mix them together very well, I make sure all the indigrent is well mixed together
Then in another separate cup I have my sachets of milk mix together with some little water
Then I started mixing the indigrent with my milk to form a dough
After mixing to form a dough then I cover my dough for about 10 mins.
After covering for 10 minutes then I spread it out with my rolling pin on my working
table
Then I started cutting them out with my chinchin cutter I make sure I cut them into a very nice shape
After cutting them out then I started frying
Frying was done in my local gas, on a very low fire so it will not get burnt
