Let's see how it turned out.

Buenas, buenas mi gente bella espero estén muy bien y disfrutando de estos días de festividad y alegría, les comparto cómo prepare el guiso de las hallacas, se que es una receta común y que muchos compartieron su preparación pero es que cada quien tiene su manera y les quiero compartir la mía. Vamos a ver qué tal quedó.

Ingredients:
1 kg of beef.
1 kg of pork.
3 large onions.
300 grams of chili bell pepper.
1/4 kg of onion.
100 grams of ajoporro.
Garlic.
Olives and capers.
Condiments.

Ingredientes:
1 kg de carne de res.
1 kg de carne de cochino.
3 cebollas grandes.
300 gramos de ají.
1/4 kg de cebollín.
100 grs de ajoporro.
Ajo.
Aceitunas y alcaparras.
Condimentos.

In a pan with hot oil, this oil is removed from the bacon, put a spoonful of onoto powder and the garlic that was crushed along with a little whole pepper, and immediately add all the seasonings well chopped to fry.

En una paila con aceite caliente, dicho aceite es sacado del tocino, colocamos una cucharada de onoto en polvo y el ajo que fue pisado junto con un poco de pimienta entera, e inmediatamente echamos todos los aliños bien picado a sofreír.

After frying for a few minutes we add our seasonings, in this case, a spoonful of smoked paprika powder, curry, oregano, complete seasoning, salt and a small cube. We stir well so that it absorbs all the flavors, then we add the meat already minced, stir well, cover and let the heat do its work.

Luego de sofreír unos minutos agregamos nuestros condimentos en este caso fue, una cucharada de pimentón en polvo ahumado, curry, orégano, sazonador completo, sal y un cubito. Movemos bien para que absorba todo los sabores luego colocamos la carne ya picadura, movemos bien tapamos y dejamos que el calor haga su trabajo.

Once it has been cooking for a few minutes, add the olives and capers, the latter cut very finely, stir again, add water, cover and let it cook for 45 minutes, checking from time to time so that it does not stick and does not dry out completely.

Ya cuando tenga unos minutos cocinando añadimos las aceitunas y las alcaparras estas últimas cortadas muy finas, movemos nuevamente añadimos agua, tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 45 minutos, cada cierto tiempo revisamos para que no se pegue y no se seque del todo.

When the stew is thick and the meat is tender, it is time to remove it from the kitchen. The only thing left to do is to prepare those delicious hallacas, but not before tasting the stew with cassava 😁 a tradition that is always present.

Cuando ya el guiso este espeso, la carne blandita es hora de retirar de la cocina. Ya sólo queda ir a preparar esas ricas hallacas pero no sin antes probar el guiso con casabe 😁 tradición que no falta.
