Hoy quiero compartirles una exquisita receta que me enseñó mi mamá, y es que las recetas de las mamás son la mejores del mundo, se trata de un dulce de lechosa que para mí es el mejor dulce, uno de los más sabroso y preferido por mí y más cuando lo hace mi mamá o fue quien me enseñó a hacerlo. Vamos a ver qué tal quedó y como se preparó.
Ingredients:
3 large milkshakes. 6 Kg.

Dejamos cocinar todo el tiempo que sea necesario en mi caso por la cantidad de lechosa se tardó 3 horas y media, vemos que al cocinarse empieza a cambiar de color y a bajar su volumen, cuando empiece a bajar la mitad de su volumen entonces de vez en cuando vamos moviendo y cuando se coloque marrón y espese usted con la paleta tome un poco del jugo del dulce y voltee y si se hace hilo quiere decir que el dulce ya está listo, o en su defecto saca un poquito del melado y una tira de lechosa lo echa en un plato y al enfriar el melado debe de quedar espeso y la lechosa debe de estar durito por fuera para eso es el bicarbonato para que no se rompa por fuera y quedé durito y por dentro debe de estar blandito.
