Pará esto necesite los siguientes materiales:
- Acite tres en uno.
- Desarmador de pala.
- Toallin.
- Lija.
- Desarmador de estrella.
- Llave de el esmeril.
- Pintura en aerosol.
For this, you will need the following materials:
- Three-in-one steel.
- Spade screwdriver.
- Towel.
- Sandpaper.
- Phillips screwdriver.
- Grinder wrench.
- Spray paint.
Primero comencé sacando el disco de corte, y para eso le aplique un poco de aceite para contrarrestar el óxido que tenia alrededor de la pestaña externa , y con la llave abri y quite la pestaña y saque el disco.
First I started by removing the cut-off wheel, and for that I applied a little oil to counteract the rust around the outer flange, and with the wrench I opened and removed the flange and took out the wheel.
Luego con el Desarmador de pala extraje el tornillo 🔩 y quite el bonete o almohadilla. también quite la pestaña externa.
Then with the Spade Screwdriver remove the screw 🔩 and remove the hood or pad. also remove the outer flange.
Para el proceso de limpieza utilice el desarmador para retirar con punta, las impurezas y el exceso de grasa de los alrededores de la parte superior de la carcasa y con el toallin húmedo, termine de retirar los desechos
For the cleaning process, use the screwdriver to remove impurities and excess grease from around the top of the housing with a pointed screwdriver, and with a damp towel, finish removing the debris.
Para terminar la limpieza externa, retire el mango y los tornillos de la carcasa superior y los limpié con el toallin.
To finish the external cleaning, I removed the handle and screws from the upper housing and wiped them with the towel.
Terminado todo el procedimiento de limpieza.
Completion of the entire cleaning procedure.
Ahora comencé a colocar los elementos del esmeril en sus respectivos lugares, excepto el disco de corte.
Now I began to place the elements of the emery in their respective places, except for the cutting disc.
Después aplique al disco de corte el color dorado con la pintura de aerosol, y luego coloque el disco.
Then apply the gold color to the cutting disc with the spray paint, and then place the disc.

Se nota que hubo una gran diferencia entre el antes y después.
