Paso a paso / Step by step

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es cortar el rollo en 5 partes iguales con la ayuda de Exacto.

Luego los colocamos en una columna sobre el cartón grueso y con ayuda de la regla medimos y dibujamos una línea con el lápiz y cortamos.

Luego sobre el cartón fino vamos a dibujar la cabeza de nuestra oruga y a recortarla.

Then on the thin cardboard we are going to draw the head of our caterpillar and cut it out.

Preparadas las piezas principales, comencemos a forrarlas.

Ready the main pieces, let's start to line them.

Para la base la cubriremos con el papel crepé azul.

For the base we will cover it with the blue crepe paper.

Cubriremos los cilindros y la cabeza con el papel crepé verde.

We will cover the cylinders and the head with the green crepe paper.

Una vez forrado, pintamos con la pintura negra una franja a los rollos por la parte superior y dejamos secar.

Once lined, we paint the black paint and add a strip to the rolls on top and let it dry.

Mientras se secan los rollos continuamos con los detalles del rostro.

While the rolls are drying we continue with the details of the face.

Con el cartón blanco, azul y negro formaremos los ojos.

Y con el cartón rojo la nariz y las mejillas.

Con el papel crepé formaremos las antenas.

Todo listo procedemos a montar nuestra linda oruga.

Empezamos pegando los detalles del rostro, ojos, nariz, mejillas y antenas.

Luego con el rotulador negro dibujamos la boca.

Then with the black marker we draw the mouth.

Comenzamos a pegar los rollos a la base con la silicona caliente.

We begin to glue the rolls to the base with the hot silicone.

Y finalmente pegamos un lazo que hice con cinta negra.
