Hello everyone!
How are you all today? It has been raining in our neck of the woods... but I still went food shopping plus I got some fresh flowers for me to arrange. I always love any pink to violet shades of flowers. It was just a small bunch of blooms to give vibes for gloomy weather. Yeah, we have been having bad weather the last few days, rain, shine, rain, shine, and the skies were always full of clouds.
I had been out once more after lunch and went to the pharmacy to get my prescribed medicines and after that I decided to go to the fields to look for some wildflowers that I could add to the bouquet I was to arrange. I know where to get them since the pathway going to the National Park is full of various wildflowers. The pathway´s left and right area had been mowed about two months ago and I was just so sorry that the insects living there lost their homes... the plants grew though and the insects were back again as I just saw one June bug joyfully looking for some plant parasites it could eat.
I was lucky and although it was raining, I still found and gathered a few wildflowers. So I was able to mix them with the pink flowers I got today from the supermarket. I arranged them one by one, the tallest one scattered in the middle and sideways and the shorter ones on the sides. And oh, I chose the red mug I found from the flea market the other week and I think the flowers though mostly have violet hues still fits to the contrasting color of the red mug. I have also tried another white vase to see the difference, but in the end, I have settled for this red mug.
