Let's have another food adventure! This dish is new because we usually use soysauce with vinegar and crispy tofu, but we will try the different version of cooking it. This food originated in Angeles, Pampanga, in the Philippines. For people not eating meat, I can recommend this food to you guys. Easy to make and budget-friendly.
Ingredients
Tofu
Onion
Bell pepper
Mayonnaise
Cooking oil or butter
Salt or soy sauce
Procedure
Cut and fry the tofu.
After that saute onion and bell pepper.
Transfer to serving plate mix the fried tofu and other ingredients.
Don't forget to serve, share and enjoy!
