“Children are like wildflowers; each one is unique and beautiful in its own way.”
This quote perfectly encapsulates my philosophy when it comes to photographing children. I believe that each child possesses a unique world filled with wonder, innocence, and creativity. My goal as a photographer is to capture these fleeting moments in a way that allows the viewer to connect with their spirit and personality.
Today, I had the privilege of working with two little angels, Hadith and Kimia
Kimia, about two and a half years old, was a bundle of joy and energy. With her curly hair and charming smile, she could melt anyone's heart. For Kimia's photoshoot, I used several large colored pencil props that I had crafted myself. The fiber material made them safe for children to handle and easy to move around. Kimia curiously and excitedly held one of the pencils, seemingly enjoying the playful experience.
Hadith was around one year old and not yet able to stand. We creatively utilized a bed to capture beautiful images of her sitting down. Her hair, styled beautifully by her mother, complemented her round and innocent face, making her look like a masterpiece.
Finally, to create a dreamy and artistic piece, I photographed Hadith in a small decorated boat. By adding images of seagulls and crashing waves, I infused the image with a sense of movement and dynamism. It was as if Hadith was embarking on a wondrous journey into her imagination.
Photographing children is more than just a profession for me; it's a passion and a source of immense joy. Every time I interact with these little angels, a new world of creativity and happiness opens up before me.
I hope these images bring a smile to your face and fill your heart with joy.
