Hello Everyone.
It is currently the dry season where I live and the air temperature is very hot. Climate change has a negative effect on human health, so we need to be able to adapt when the weather is bad. To prevent various health problems during the dry season, of course we have to drink lots of water and consume foods that contain vitamin C. Vitamin C is highly recommended to maintain health and increase the body's immunity.
This morning I bought cherry tomatoes at the traditional market. I believe that cherry tomatoes are very good to consume during the dry season because they contain vitamins. These tomatoes are very small and different in size from regular tomatoes. But the sour taste makes me like it a lot. People here often process it into sauce or eat it raw as a dish.
Cherry tomato
The cherry tomato is a type of small round tomato believed to be an intermediate genetic admixture between wild currant-type tomatoes and domesticated garden tomatoes. Cherry tomatoes range in size from a thumbtip up to the size of a golf ball, and can range from spherical to slightly oblong in shape. wikipedia.org
When we bite into it, this tomato has a sour taste and abundant water content. Tonight I decided to juice those cherry tomatoes. I had to cut the tomatoes into two parts and then grind them until I got a smooth texture. After that, I squeezed the water into a glass and mixed it with 100 mg of water.
