Hello my loving Asean Hive community

For dinner tonight, I made vegetable fried rice. I have no plans to start making vegetable fried rice today. At the high school I used to go to, the teachers served this fried for breakfast. At the high school I attended, I used to serve this vegetable fried rice for breakfast on Fridays. It's one of my favorite breakfasts. Today, I made it because I wanted to eat the vegetable fried rice that I ate when I was in high school. The vegetable fried rice I made today is easy to make and very tasty. I also use eggs to make this vegetable fried rice. If you do not use eggs, vegetarians can also eat them. The taste does not change much without the addition of eggs. Now I will first tell you the ingredients needed to make vegetable fried rice.

First, I thoroughly washed the cabbage, corn, carrot and bean with water. Then I slice the bean with a knife and put it on a plate. I also sliced the remaining corn, cabbage and carrots. I put them together in the bean plate. I use only four types of vegetables. However, you need to slice the vegetables you use to make them smaller.

I put some cooking oil in a pot and heated it first. Vegetables take a little longer to ripen. So, when the oil gets hot, I fry the vegetables first.

After frying the vegetables for about 3 minutes, I added an egg. I initially planned to add two eggs, but only one. Then I mixed it all up. Instead of eggs, you can add any kind of meat you like. Vegetarians do not need to add eggs or meat. It tastes great without the eggs and meat.

Then I added the cooked rice. I added a little sweet soy sauce. I also added a pinch of salt. Then I mixed it all up. Stir for 2 minutes to get a delicious vegetable fried rice.

Now I have a delicious vegetable fried rice. It is best to eat with vegetable fried rice with mustard leaves. People in my State make mustard leaves mixed with chili yolks to get a sour taste. Like Kimchi. I think it takes several days to get sour. When I ate this vegetable fried rice, I felt like I was back in high school My younger brother and I ate together the vegetable fried rice I made today. My younger brother says it tastes great.🍇

Wow this looks so yummy wish I could have a taste

This rice looks yummi

Yes, this vegetable fried rice is easy to make and tastes great.

Fried rice is one of my favorite breakfast foods, but my family prefers rice porridge instead. Just like yours, corn and carrots are among my family's favorite veggies to add to fried rice. Green peas are delicious too, but often expensive and hard to find.

Sometimes I eat rice porridge for breakfast. But I have never tried to make rice porridge myself. I will also try the rice porridge recipe once. Green pea can be expensive when it is scarce in my town. Now, Green pea is also cheaper because of the abundance of vegetables in winter.

Craving for one😋

its 12:15 am here in the Philippines and I wanna make fried rice. huhuhuhu. looks so delicious!

I had never noticed you were from the Philippines before. I also learned a little bit about the Philippines in high school. I have also watched some Filipino dramas. The next day, try this fried rice, it tastes so good. Have a sweet dream.

Yeah. Im born and raised in the Philippines and 100% Filipino. Heheheheh.

Wow, you watched Filipino Dramas? I rarely do. Ahahhaha. Because of its story almost the same everytime. It gets boring.
