Hello my loving Asean Hive community,
About three days ago, I made beautiful flowers with tissue paper. Today I made a snow man with newspapers. Initially, I had no plans to make snow man using newspapers. In the afternoon, a friend of mine sent me a picture of a DIY he had made via Telegram. It's star shape is made using newspaper. He told me to try it that way. I have a lot of old newspapers in my house, so I tried them. He made the star, but I chose to make the snow man. It's easy to see, but for the first time, I was a little worried. But I was able to do it. So now I'm going to share with Hivers how to make a snow man with old newspapers. Let me start with the materials needed to make this snow man.
Materials
• New papers or color paper
• Pencil
• Ruler
• Gule
• Ribbon
I cut a piece of newspaper into pieces with scissors in the middle.
I chose a cutted newspaper to use. I also cut my newspaper into pieces about 2 inches wide.
I selected a piece of newspaper and folded it 1/3 from one end of the page. And then I folded again from the other end. When you do that, you get what I see in the third picture. In the same way, I folded the remaining pieces of newspaper.
I rolled those newspapers in a circle shape. When I made a circle using a piece of newspaper, I got it as shown in the third picture. I want a big circle so I used many newspaper pieces. And then I got it, as shown in Figure 4.
I did another circle like the one above. I made the second circle bigger than the first one.
Then I glued these two circles together.
Now it's time to make a hat. I folded a folded piece of newspaper into a rectangle. Using a few more newspaper clippings, I rolled into a square shape. Then I glued the two together.
I glued the snow man and hat back together. Once you tie the ribbon between the two circles, you get a cute snow man. Next time, I will try to make a star shape or chirstmass tree shape with newspaper. In that case, I will share it again.
