Welcome to my new post. I have not shared delicious recipes for a long time. Today I made a delicious dessert. For the dessert I made today, I mainly used banana and coconut cream. Do you like peanut butter desserts?
Until I was in high school, I did not like banana desserts at all. After high school, I worked as a guide in a school dormitory. A teacher there is very good at making desserts. I also learned from her how to make this banana dessert. This dessert is very easy to make and does not take much time to make. Let me first tell you about the ingredients in this dessert.
The Ingredients

Step-1
I used three bananas and I chose the ones that were soft and ripe. All the bananas are ripe, so it looks ugly, but it's easier to make desserts. I grilled all three bananas on fire. I turn those bananas with a chopsticks.
All the surface of the banana peel changes color and you can remove all of it from grilling when you smell the banana leaf. I put all those bananas on a plate.
Step-2
I chose one of those three grilled bananas. I cut the banana in half with a knife. I did not remove the banana peel. Because the banana is grilled, the smell of the peel is fragrant. If you grill a banana until it is dug, the peel will not be fragrant.
Step-3
The bananas are grilled, so they have a slightly sour taste. And I like sweets. So I added as much sugar as I needed. Some people use a little salt instead of sugar because they do not like the sweet taste. I also added some coconut cream. Normally I use coconut milk, but for today I use coconut cream which is easy to buy. This small bottle of coconut cream is cheaper and costs only 0.7 USD.
I also added some coconut powder. You can also use fried coconut instead of coconut power. I used it because I had extra coconut powder.
