Hace poco compré una plancha de sublimación o también llamada termo-fijadora, esta maquina sirve para sublimar, estampar en vinil textil y en DFT.
Me animé a sacar unas franelas con nombres de ciudades venezolanas para ofrecer a todos los venezolanos que están aquí en Colombia.
Lo diseños los realicé un Photoshop y luego son mandados a imprimir en DTF, este material es una especie de stiker texturizado que con el calor de la plancha se adhiere a la camiseta, que debe ser de algodón en este caso.

Para este diseño vamos a colocar la franela dentro de la plancha, a 170 grados a 10 segundos, ponemos el diseño en la parte que queremos estampar, le ponemos una hojita encima y cerramos. Normalmente este tipo de maquinas al pasar los 10 segundos dan un sonido de alerta para que la abramos.
Sacamos la prenda la dejamos enfriar y luego retiramos el papel del diseño y tenemos nuestro estampado. Hay quienes vuelven a meter la camiseta tres segundos más para terminar de sellarlo, pero yo solo lo hago cuando siento que no quedó bien.

Así de fácil se estampa en DTF, quería mostrarles un poquito de esta nueva aventura. Ya he estampado en sublimación y estoy disfrutando mucho este material que sirve mucho para trabajar sobre telas oscuras, ya luego les mostraré.
