Hey everyone! Long time no post

I had been mk... ing a mess in my room lately! But for a good reason, I swear!
So, I've been MIA because I've been diving headfirst into the world of DIY clay. Yup, you heard that right - your girl's trying to get crafty
Living here in the tropical paradise of the Philippines, we don't exactly get to build real snowmen. But who says we can't make our own little chilly friends?
This little guy is my first attempt at clay sculpting. He's a bit wonky, but aren't we all? I mixed up some homemade clay (turns out you can make that stuff in your kitchen!), and just went to town.

Oh, by the way, see this little guy? He's got a secret - his body is actually a yogurt drink bottle Yep, you read that right. I'm all about that upcycling life. Started off by sketching out how I wanted him to look, then wrapped that bottle up in clay like it was a cozy blanket.

I've gotta say, it's been so much fun learning this new skill. There's something so satisfying about creating something with your own hands, even if it looks a bit... unique.
I promise I haven't forgotten about you all! I've just been up to my elbows in clay. But now that I'm getting the hang of it, expect to see more of my creations - and more of me!
Have any of you tried working with clay before? Any tips for a newbie? Or maybe you have ideas for what I should try making next? Drop your thoughts in the comments!

this is the initial idea for the look of the snowman but I was not able to pull it off
