In September, our garden continued to look beautiful.

We still have cucumbers, although the plants have already started to dry up little by little and produce less and less fruit.

We have some fresh zucchini plants.

This year, quite late, I made seedlings for Patison courgettes, which began to bear fruit this month. The taste of this variety is really lovely and I really like it. When they are tender, squashes can be eaten, and if they are left to dry, they are an interesting decorative element.

We have a bed with some great cabbages.

We are still picking cherry tomatoes this month.

The pumpkins have started to ripen and we are already collecting those that have acquired a yellow-orange color. Their taste is gorgeous.

I planted many loofah seedlings this season, but unfortunately only two plants survived. From them grew several loofahs that are still green. I hope they have time to ripen before the cold comes.

We have one bed with peppers and one bed with cambi, which are very tasty.

Especially the cambi are so beautiful and delicious.

The goji berries ripened and I collected a handful of berries that I will dry.

All summer we harvest chard. Its leaves are a tasty and healthy part of our menu.

My favorite gourds are ripening one by one. I collect those whose stems have dried up and leave the others until they dry out as well.

I'm looking forward to the sweet potatoes showing their first blooms. Soon after, @outlinez will be able to start pulling them out of the ground.

Many of our beds are full of large tufts of Tagetes.

Some of our lavender tufts still have flowers

Next month the weather starts to cool down and our garden will look completely different.

Thank you for stopping by!

Very nice shots, especially the first and last two, are very well done.

I hope you have an excellent harvest, it is an activity that we all should do at some point in life 😊

These are some very precious moments - growing clean food for the family 😍.
Glad you like my photos. Thank you 🙏

lavenders grow in cool climate only, right ? You have captured some stunning photos.

Lavender grows best at 15-30 degrees. Our winter is not cold and lavender grows well 😍. But there are varieties that withstand quite low temperatures -20 ❄️. Glad you like my photos @sanjeevm! Thank you 🙏

Wow! You still could grow vegetables in your garden this season. We couldn’t grow anything now it rains often.
Home grown vegetables are the best!
